Daphne graduated as a psychologist from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has research experience in the field of diversity. She has worked as an assessment psychologist and HR manager, and over the course of her career she has developed expertise in giftedness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Daphne works from a human perspective rather than focusing on labels, and prefers to maintain a broad view by staying connected to different approaches and disciplines. She keeps up to date with the latest developments in the field, including neuropsychology, systemic work, and body oriented and awareness based practices.
