Frens Eijsermans
Psychologist in Work, Organisation & Health | ACT Psychologist | Yoga teacher
Frens is a psychologist through and through. After a number of career explorations, he repeatedly returned to the essence of being human: the interaction between body and mind. Through his own experience, he understands both the importance and the challenge of staying close to yourself, and he supports you in your own journey. Themes such as trust, safety, authenticity, and transparency are central to his work.
Frens strongly believes in integrating movement and nature into his work. He combines yoga, running, and walking with psychological conversations. Nature, movement, and a sense of space are all incorporated into the process of exploring answers to your questions. “In daily life, we are far too sedentary, and this has major consequences for the way we move through the world, our social relationships, and our inner world.”
Frens listens carefully, challenges you with focused questions, and does not shy away from discomfort. By pausing together to explore what feels uneasy, space is created for strength and trust to emerge.
In addition to his work at The SatisFactory Project, Frens runs his own practice, Onderstroom, where he combines the principles of ACT and yoga into meaningful, values based offerings.
